The Strategic Leadership Collaborative offers leadership solutions that entail educational experiences, performance and succession management, strategic planning and executive coaching — ever mindful of your business strategy and the importance of creating value for your organization.
We begin every engagement with an in-depth discovery process, listening carefully to your business challenges and stakeholders in order to assess your current reality, imagine your ideal future and measure the gap between the two. The result of this process is an agreed-upon, detailed work plan to close the gap including milestones, timeframes, roles and responsibilities, required resources and costs.
With a work plan and scope in place, we work with you to draft a document reflecting our specific approach to addressing your business challenges. The work plan guides the development of deliverables, which are introduced with some form of pilot testing, then refined and finalized to produce the end deliverable.
In the spirit of continuous improvement and to promote open communication, we welcome your input on people dynamics, project management and all deliverables at any time in our engagement. At the conclusion of your project, we will solicit your feedback through either an informal or formal evaluation process and provide a summary document.
